I actually meant afew 100 meters,saxumundham would be a good place as you don’t hear anything on fm, there are so many clear spacers for something.  maybe you could have something playing continuous disco music

I have one of those 0.5w, I use with the aerial retracted, I imagine it wouldn’t get too far, I do get muilpath in the bathroom from it barely 7 meters away. I have an 8006 too, i’ve set it put out a minus db figure, it does samething with the aerial retracted, i’ve not checked in the garden they do get around the house the same.

It would be quite possible with some milliwatts and a low down antenna. Unless your antenna was on a chimney of a house on a clear hill it would be attenuated massively through all the local domestic walls if you are in a built up area.. you could just test it at different heights... start at 2m off ground and check around the neighbourhood. I bet 150 milliwatt would barely go 300m with an antenna low to the ground.
