I later heard they used an output site that was less than ideal, with a history regarding a bomb scare. It was also noticed by members of 2 different radio amateur radio groups that are in the area. Some experienced desence on the 2m band right near that location due to the power from their TX being in such close proximity.

i remember this station. not heard them on for a while now tho. think they moved to somewhere around 102fm last time they was on.

Scanning the band up at Bluebell Hill a 2 weeks ago, and came across Atomic FM on 87.6Mhz

They have RDS (scrolling) but not Stereo encoded signal.

Don't think it lasted very long as they have now gone of air.
