Title: lightning the only station on radio 3 frequencies

Someone was asking if there was a diffirence in mod between radio 2 and radio 4, I think it would be better to be on a radio 3 frequency it seems quieter, i’m guessing there can’t be many frequencies there that could be used, it seems more stations are on radio 2 and radio 4 frequencies, I could only hear lightning, on one of the receivers radio 3 was blasting over the frequency. :o
