Hi,

It's quite difficult to achieve the following with an open construction on the printed circuit board.
I've tried everything but 'floating with shielding between the coils work best.

See attached photos which only consists of 3 coils ans 4 capacitors.

Some kind of top40 thing, I think I saw it too, i'm not keen on some nye show, now compilations are good for this, if you want some music from the top40 

Thanks I put the mega resistor in place, seemed to change the tuning, values of c, but it dose seem to working alitte better now and looking alot neater.
The balls thing dose seem interesting imagine sparkz flying between them, like something in a lab, someone have to get their chain mail outfit on..nicola telsa hopefully benjamin franklin dosen’t get electrified.
This would of saved some expensive equipment going kput afew years ago wonder why they don’t just put it in the tx if its just a resistor..to have tempreture protection and swr for it to blow from abit static. It always gets me that standing wave ratio is sometimes pronounced wah, how is the wah today lol your maybe thinking hair clippers

The thing is there really isn't much of a reason to bother now given the internet exists. You can set up a station for buttons and have access to a world audience (whether they listen is another story) but the access to them is there. As well as that you don't have the risks of the authorities turning up and possibly taking everything if the worst case happens and they do find the studio. The risk vs the reward is no longer there i think. I do miss pirate radio but at the same time given the choice on offer via the internet i wouldn't want to go back now.
