I get an impression it is some website configuration, probably something easy. Although I don't know much about websites.

You do get the impression the moderator is not very attentive to the site at times. No disrespect intended, he probably has other things on.

Hopefully a minor glitch. I don't use the tech stuff much but it was a very in depth resource.
